Light Milk

    Since when has light milk gone to 1% fat??


    It used always be 1.5%. If the dairies are reducing the fat to 1%, that means they have 33% more butterfat which they can make money off, for cream, butter or other higher value products. I don't see the price of the milk dropping accordingly . . .
