    Hi


    I replaced my old eir sim card in the hkc alarm as i failed to top up and sim card no longer active. I was also getting the gsm line fault so I replaced it with new sim card eir and top up however im still getting the same error GSM line fault

    I tried it out on my mobile to see if the sim was working and it was as i called a number

    Any idea what wrong
