Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Opening a new account - proof of address issues

    18 year old try to open a student account online

    I do not have a proof of address as I live at home so no utility bills are in my name, I don't have letters from revenue as I don't have a job and I don't have bank statements as this is my first bank account. CAO and 3rd level institutions are not sending letters, everything is being done online.

    How can I set up an account?
