areas in waterford to practice driving "off road"

as the title says, can anyone recommend some places to practice driving.... perhaps they practiced themselvesthere or quiet places they have come across to practice on, off road obviously. local to waterford city/tramore/dunmore preferably late night butlerstown retail park springs to mind straight away but anyone got…

the retail park does seem like one of the best and most popular, main industrial estate also use to be a popular spot, but its in a a bit of a mess at the moment with works going on

IDA Industrial estate off the Cork Road was where I learned to drive, Sunday's were ideal as it was pretty dead
