    Hi Thistley.

    Thanks for your post.

We are unable to provide timeframes as each application is assessed on an individual basis. If you have applied for a mortgage our mortgage specialists can provide an estimated time frame based on the specifics of your application on 0818200347.

    Thanks

    Tara

Take anything they tell you with a pinch of salt! Last Friday we were told we should have loan offer letter on Monday, then on Tuesday we were told Wednesday, now it another Friday is upon us and they are telling us Monday.

It is causing lots of stress and anxiety as we are sale agreed and ready to draw down . We have no idea how many weeks more we are going to have to wait 😖

I'm waiting over six weeks for AIP from these jokers.

Thanks both for your comments. Sorry it is taking so long for you. We decided to go with another lender who responded first. My broker was also surprised we hadn't received AIP yet after 4 weeks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your comment here.

I am very sorry to hear of your experience. Each mortgage application is unique and time frames can vary. Please be assured, my colleagues will be in touch with the relevant details in relation to your application.

If you have applied through a broker, they would need to contact our BOI Broker team directly. If you applied directly through Bank of Ireland Mortgages, you could reach them on 016113333. My colleagues will be happy to help.

Mortgages would be out of our remit here.

    Thanks, Megan
