I’m getting back on bikes after a few years. Never bothered doing the full test first time around but done the full ibt 10 years ago . Do I have to do full Ibt again now to book test or just a module?

I'd say you'd need to do the theory test again first no?

No 3rd learner license on the way. Have to do the full test but need in date ibt to do it.

Yeah unfortunately you need a new IBT cert to get back on the road and ultimately do your test.

What is the issue date on your first learner permit (it'll be the date on the left-hand side on the back of your current learner permit)? If it's before 6 December 2010, you shouldn't have to do any IBT at all. Otherwise, you'll have to do IBT module 5 which is slightly cheaper than full IBT but still costs a few hundred quid.
