Ireland does not have credit scores.... With a bad credit report from the CCR it's unlikely that anyone is going to be interested in giving you a loan, there are plenty of customers with good records seeking mortgages.
You are going to have to work on fixing your credit record. That means paying down debt or getting creditor to agree that the debt is settled not just written off so that your history will be updated.
