Is there any current or past World leader that you have or will celebrate when they die?

Why is it it smug? The question is basically what it is wishing death upon someone, even hypothetically. I just gave my opinion on it and hoped people would reflect on whether it is the correct manner to think about things. However, I understand when couched in the terns of 'world leader' people mentally ignore the human aspect, so it enables them to wish death upon XYZ leader.

In looking at the human aspect and morality of wishing death upon someone, I can understand how this makes some people uncomfortable as it no longer has the psychological distance of just 'world leader'. Which makes people think about their justifications at a human level. Rather than just the political level regardless of their political viewpoint. The only justification I have heard so far about someone wishing a person is dead or is glad that they are dead, is that it makes people feel good about themselves. But I don't think is it is a healthy mindset.
