Neighbour filling percolation holes

    We strongly suspect the people in the neighbouring property to our site is flooding our percolation holes as soon as a drop of rain falls. The testing we did all came back clean with acceptable drainage.

    Our 2nd application is due to be assessed this week coming and with the rain kicking in this weekend we’re worried they’ll do it again. We couldn’t prove it the first time.

    We are going to check the holes every day this week and record the measurements and if we can, get a trail camera up.

    Has anyone come across this before?
