    Hi All,

    Anyone applied for the HEO competition in the Nsso? Just wondering how you approached the cover letter? Did you try and hit all the competencies one by one and hit all the buzz words or did you just refer to the competencies and try express why you would be an asset and perfect for the job? Not sure what we're dealing with here; is there someone in HR just "control F'ing" buzz words or is somone actually making an educated decision on candidates suitablity?
