I'd be worried if there are any grown sane adults who don't change at least once a day.

I've known women who wear the same bra for days and days on end, tits sweat too so I've no idea what the story with that is in all honesty.

I shower daily and change underwear daily.

I have 14 pairs of black boxers which are all the same brand.

Normally throw them all out at the same time and replace them with another 14 pairs that are identical.

I can’t have mixed boxers or socks

I change to a newly washed clean pair every day, but tend to keep them in rotation until there are holes big enough that there's a risk of castration (or worse)
