Timber frame cavity vents

    Hi I'm in the process of buying a house and one face of the house is stone clad and has no cavity vents. I'll be retrofitting the 25mm drillvents.

    I looked through the building regs and couldn't find a called out spacing requirement for them?

    Does I.S 440 call it out does anyone know? It's €140 to buy it and I'd like to know it has the answer before forking out the cash.
