    You can trade research to beat the band, but the Deerpark lot simply don't wanna, not gonna, and will tie the scheme up in knots with endless funds until everyone just goes away, which is why the Developer knows better than to bother his ass. Its not his first rodeo either.

    This would also benefit the residents of Fairhaven and phoenix park racecourse taking their kids to st brigids national school.

    There will also be commercial units including shops, restaurants, hotel etc added to the development within the next few years.
