Why can't you buy an off-peak day return ticket online from Irish Rail?

Why can't you buy an off-peak day return ticket online from Irish Rail? Looking at the fares chart for, say, Dundalk to Dublin Connolly the price of an all day return is €25.30. The off-peak (after 9.30am Mon-Sat, all day Sun) price is not given in the chart.

Checking the fare online, the price for before and after 9.30 am is the same: €12.65 one way. Irish Rail claim their lowest fares are available online. Isn't this misleading?

Popped into Dundalk railway station and they had their fares displayed on the window. Before 9.30am a single fare to Dublin is €17.20. After 9.30 its €15.75. So an online single fare at €12.65 is obviously cheaper. However the post 9.30 day return is €17.05 which isn't available online.
