Repair needed for Gü double door/ window turn and tilt

Hello hivemind and thanks in advance if you’re ready this or can respond.
We have a GÜ tilt and turn double door/ window in our apartment in Limerick City and looking for someone who can repair it. It tilts and turns and also opens fully like any standard double door.
The mechanism seems to have warped a bit as we have to fight with it to close it, and it cuts into the floor when you open it.
