High protein & fat breakfasts?

    Hi all,

    I came across a Jordan Peterson article where he advises people to eat a high protein, high fat breakfast avoiding carbs and sugars.

    What would be examples of this?

    With my limited nutritional knowledge I would think bacon & eggs would fit the criteria, but what else could be used?

    The mornings can be rushed at times so standing over a cooker isn’t always feasible. What alternatives is there, the handier the better.
