Iphone 13 Charging issue

Bought a brand new Iphone 13 mini recently and went and got a charging plug for the fast charging. It arrived today but not working. No response. The cable is fine, it works when plugged into the laptop, bought the plug off Mobile123.ie. Anything I can do to get this going? Thanks.

sounds like a dodgy plug to be honest, have you tried another cable and phone combination?
