I'm trying to get some rough estimates on costs to upgrade a house I'm thinking of buying.
It's an older two story detached with solid block walls. Each side of the house has a one story flat roof extension of about 20sqm.
I'd like to replace each of these flat roofs with a lean-to slate, pref decent quality Spanish slate.
The front and rear wall of each extension would need to be built up to allow for lean-to.
Anyone with a rough idea of costs in Kerry area? Also I'm looking at ewi for the entire house as a higher priority, would it be important to do this work first?
