Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Dealing with an estate agent on a property sale that is 10 months in and not going well. Contract states tied to them for one year and cant relist for a further six months. Is it reasonable to agree to let them list it for the full term plus the six months and if no contracts signed by then the deal is off. Cant let it sit for six months but have no faith in company I am dealing with
