Taxi refund after car breakdown.

Hi I'm seeking a refund for a taxi fair after a car breakdown yesterday. I am with boi car insurance and the rep said they couldn't get a partner taxi out to us and to go ahead and order a taxi. Said they will refund the cost of taxi. How do I go about doing this
