Keep gassing during sparring

I haven't been sparring that long but I keep gassing out about a minute into each round and can barely throw a punch from then on. Is this me just acclimatising to a relatively new intensity? Is it just a matter of getting fitter?

    Any tips would be appreciated.

Its hard to give advice without more information .

Are you nervous or tense, what is your frame if mind going in there, Are you thinking /concentrating on every single movement you make , are you very rigged ?

You may just need to relax and go in there & almost just try to flow & become very lose ,

Or simply your not fit enough ,

Do you do road work, do you do HIT training, do you do rounds on a heavy bag,
