Planning on a derelict site

    Hello. Struggling to find the info I need on google so hoping for some help here!

    We have seen a property (derelict house on land) and wondered if putting a modular home inside of the footprint of the house would ever get permission? I know there are all sorts of opinions on modular homes (the one I like is biodegradable).
