Attic Roof Insulation Question

Just bought a new house and using the attic as my office. I need to start insulating the roof before winter. I would like to reuse some of the materials I already have. These include insulation board (with osb glued to it as was originally used as the floor insulation) and fiberglass insulation.

Which is best to use to insulate the attic roof between the beams?

If I use the fibreglass insulation (which would be easier) do I need to cover after with some sort of membrane?

We don’t plan to put up plasterboard and do full attic conversion until next year so just want to insulate as much as possible before winter starts. I really appreciate any comments or advice people have.
