Contacting Three

So the Three website says to call 1913 for customer service. When I do this I get through to the 191 emergency number. I go on to live chat & every time I enter my dob it says that it can't understand it. How do you contact Three Mobile ?

1913 works as expected, you could try 00353 83 333 3333
DoB you need to type in xx/xx/xxxx format, yes - you have to type forward slashes

I get instant support by contacting them on twitter with a private message on there. They are very responsive.
