A lot depends on the thickness your going.

A few jobs done local here lately (midlands) are coming in between €6-€8 per sq metre for labour and pump in 60-80mm floor thickness.

Theres a variation in the price of different types of screed, the thicker your floor the lower cost per cubic metre but obviously more metres required.

Chemfloor is costing about €220 per cubic metre around here.

At 70mm average floor thickness you’d need to be budgeting for somewhere around €23 - €25 per sq metre of floor for materials and labour.

Obviously prices will vary between different suppliers and tradesmen across the country but it’s one of those jobs that’s easy enough to figure out a price on. A few calls to some of your local screed suppliers will give you their cubic metre price and you’ll have your total floor area from your plans so multiply that by the floor thickness specced by the engineer and you’ll know exactly how many metres you need. Just the labour you’re left with then.

Edit to add; Obviously that’s just the screed part of the job. I doubt there’s anyone would be able to tell you the cost of a full underfloor A2W system supplied and fitted with the only information being that it’s a U shaped bungalow!
