HKC Alarm 'failed to comm' every week

HI Guys,

we moved into our new house recently and every wednesday 02.17am our alram beeps internally with a 'failed to comm' message on its display. I have checked this on the log and its occuried consecutively since 5 weeks ago. Other than this the alrm is working fine. It is a HKC model and I can set and turn it off from the phone app (which has saved me getting out of bed at 02.17).

any help would be appreciated.

There must be a test call setup on the system as its trying to communicate but not, hence the failed to communicate message.

If the alarm was previously monitored it may have a test call that goes through to a monitoring station.

If it does not get a handshake off the monitoring station you get a failed to communicate message
