SIRO Vodafone pfSense setup - failing to get WAN link up

Setup PPPoE with the standard deal <Vodafone S/N>@vfietth.ie pw: broadband, left everything else as is, added a VLAN ID of 10 and assigned it to the WAN, in the assignments it is carrying the right vlan id so I believe everything should be setup correctly?

But it fails to establish a link, I'm not sure what else I'm missing here. Do I need to spoof the MAC of the Vodafone router?

Note: I've tried IPv6 on WAN to both None and DHCP6.

It’s might be something specific to pfSense settings then,sorry don’t know about it.

ps. Any options for VLAN TAGGED/UNTAGGED , VLAN to LANs ports etc?

Are you using a third party router? I’ve an ASUS and had to make a change in the IPTV settings to get the router to connect

This is getting kind of odd. If I setup a new WAN on VLAN ID 10, the link establishes fine but no IP (which is reasonable) but as soon as I enter the credentials (also checked with Vodafone that these are correct, it's <S/N>@vfieftth.ie) the link drops

I have the same issue. Did you get it working? Once I set the wan to Vlan 10 I get an uplink but it doesn't get an IP address. Any help would be greatly appreciated
