What are these white pimples? Canker sores or somethng else?

Hi, never had these before. I have a few white pimples on bottom lip and one on inside of top lip which have been here for a little more than a week.
There is no pain and not hard. Mostly annoying because I keep wanting to mess with the pimples.
Are these cancker sores or something else?
I have attached two pics showing the two pimples on right bottom lip close to the center.
What is the best treatment?
