I have a smart meter (on standard 24 hr rate) and am due to change providers to avail of 12 month discount. It seems that I need to sign up to a more expensive tariff in order to get access to my detailed consumption data from the meter. Is there a way of getting this data directly from esb or some other agency/company, rather than via the provider (at extra cost).
