Anyone know the easiest way to remove this glass panel?

Are you replacing the glass? Just smash the glass into a bin or something to catch the glass and pull off the rubber.

I presume you want it off intact to get a replacement cut rather than buying a genuine replacement.

It should be the reverse of putting it in. Get a very narrow rope or string insert it under the rubber. You then need to get one end through between the rubber and the metal rim. Pull this along releasing the rubber holder to the other side of the window.

I think you may need to get bother ends of the string out the other side. Tie a short bar to the ends to give the ability to pull them

No need to have coitus getting the rest of glass out for a template. Very easy to make a template, I’ve wore the shirt.

Wouldn't recommend coitus round broken glass myself either, sounds painful

Does QTP or sparex have that in stock, usually well priced compared to main stealers anyway. As suggested youtube is a good place to go for inspiration. Only thing to add is a bit of soapy water helps when fitting it.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Noticed QTP are badly stocked lately. Any time I ring them for stuff it's out of stock.

A blessing in disguise I’d say, very poor quality in a lot of their stuff the past few years.
