Concrete forming cap to existing wall

Hi I am looking for a contractor to form a concrete cap on an existing wall. Struggling to find anyone that even carries out this job ,dont mind say available.. Basically shuttering /pouring /finishing. I am on my own for this , hence the requirement for contractor. Southeast location. Any possible leads appreciated.
