Limerick 1BQ construction noise

Anyone else suffering from the horrendous noise coming from the development of an office/apartment block on Bishops quay?. I'm up on Catherine street and I can hear them bashing the ground for 13 hours every day, 7am to 8pm. If I can hear it that much, I feel genuinely sorry for the people living in the immediate vicinity.…

They're digging out the basement levels. They've had to break through solid bedrock to get down. It's about done now though. The road closures are because construction is about to begin, which will be much quieter.

Living in the city centre is always going to be noisy. Reminds me of the guy who bought an apartment over A pub in town and then objected to there licence every year.
