Powerlifting coach

Hi

I'm looking for a powerlifting coach. I train at home and I've got a decent but basic setup. Squat rack bench latt pull/low row loadable dumbells and a landmine. I'd like someone that I can attend between training blocks and occasionally ask a question to but I'm not looking to have my hand held. I'm living in Laois but I'm regularly in Dublin 3 times per fortnight.

Most of these places will do online coaching and have the option to check in / do heavy sessions in the gym.

Are you a novice for powerlifting or just looking for a coach to keep you on track ? Are you thinking of competing ?

that's the best category !! 😜. I've taken a couple of years out of competing due to life getting in the way, but looking at doing a comp later in the year.

ABS have just set up a Masters team and were looking for members a few weeks ago - if you could get in to a program with those guys you won't go wrong. It would be a tough program but really worth the effort for the results.

Nigel Pearson used to have a powerlifting gym in portlaoise until recently. He does does personal training on a smaller scale now but I’m sure you could book him
