Mobile work shop tax

after getting a navara fully purpose kitted out for my job, including welders drills table grinders and vices drawers fitted etc somebody was telling me I should see about getting mobile workshop tax seen as that’s what it is . But I can’t find any information online. anyone ever do this or know anything about it ? .
