I recently got into pc building and I decided I would build my own. So I was wondering if I should make changes to my planned build?

Yes. Lots of changes can be made that would allow you to move up a GPU tier.

What's your overall budget? Since you listed the US site of PCpartpicker.

AMD CPUs require less cooling & can get away with a cheaper motherboard.

Put that money into a higher-tier GPU (RTX 3060 Ti) and double the storage to 2TB

I don't recommend the Corsair iCUE 4000X as it has a solid front panel - bad airflow. Get the better 4000D with Arctic fans.

PSU, get a proper Gold-rated unit - no RGB, you can't see the lights when installed.
