HKC Alarm Tamper Fault

    Hi all,


    I was working away in the house and I broke the wire at a tamper in a room. Long story short no need for tamper in the area but I can’t set alarm. I have been trying to set alarm by omit tamper in that area ( 0 code # tamper number yes) It it says something like the function is disabled when I try to omit it when setting alarm


    Any ideas how I can get into panel and disable that area permanently so the alarm can set as normal?
