    Every business has to be established at some time. It not necessarily a red flag.

    That said, the car sellers in that area do seem to go in/out of business very frequently. I'd look at the directors and see what else they have been involved in and how long those entities were in existence.

    Tread carefully.

    To be fair I don’t think you’ll find an 06 Yaris’ in a glass showroom.

    OP if you really want the car make sure it comes with a new NCT and make sure to get it checked out mechanically

    For a 16 year old car, I'd say you're generally better off going for a private seller than a place like that
