Hello, i am looking to purchase an apartment in Clarevillage, Clarehall - near the Clarehall Shopping Centre - can you kindly advise if area is still as bad? Would the complex itself be ok?

I've heard good and bad. I've never lived there, best advise is to steak the place out as much as you can. Morning, noon & night for a few days.

I don't know the area that well, just from shopping in Clare Hall.

The best advice is above, you need to visit the area by day and night.

Just to add...

On the plus side you've got the shopping centre beside you and well served by high frequency bus routes.

On the negative side I think you'll have a lot of aircraft and traffic noise.

And then you're located next to places like this.
