Hi all, I am trying to setup a rule to forward emails with certain words in the title but only do this on a Monday. I get automated reports everyday but need to forward the ones received on a Monday to specific people. struggling to figure it out, so any advice welcome.

I think even in exchange admin portal you would not have option for Mondays only, let alone from user prospective.
You could have some powershell script task
