Presentation Brothers College Cork fees

My apologies if I am in the wrong area, and mods please feel free to move if so.

Looking at moving our young man here in September starting in TY. He's having a few issues with bullying, and his reactions (sometimes physical) to such, in his current school. We feel the discipline in PBC will benefit him long term and is a better fit for him.

It is a fee paying school, and while we are perfectly fine with that, I would like to have some idea of the budgeting we need to do for that. Trying to find any info online draws a blank. I am thinking it is somewherre around the 5-6k mark, but would appreciate if someone who either has kids going there or knows the facts could fill me in on the cost per year just for our info going forward.

Sorry only saw this now, but you'll know that it's about 4.2K for First Years, which is well worth the money. Did your son go, and if so, how is he getting on ? Academically it is really outstanding at maximising those who want to achieve, and is hot on any potential bullying/victimisation, particularly within the school.

Thanks Mumha. He didn't go there in the end. We, and he, picked a mixed school where we feel girls have a calming influence on the boys, and physical altercations are punishable by expulsion as per the principal when we met him.

He is doing well there so far, enjoying TY and making new friends.
