Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Muscle tears and the sensations that follow

Hi, I tore muscles in both legs. The hamstrings, the glutes (near sit bone) and the Acl in my knee. The type of grade feels like a 2.

After 3 to 4 weeks now and three rounds of physio, my legs have a tingly burning sensation in them.

Why is this? Is it due to the muscles tightening around the nerve and causing such signals be sent to the brain?

Is there a way to relieve this sensation?

    Thank you for any help.
