Just wondering is BER a bit chancey and all over the place? Just had a guy here who only remembered to take an interest in our central heating boiler after I'd mentioned it. Lovely chap but ,it all seemed a bit flakey. Is it all a bit of a scam and a bit lacking in the oversight/regulatory department? Have these guys any…
