Hi guys, I was looking to order this along with a wall mount and maybe some speakers? It's for a small room though so are small bookshelf speakers worth buying along with the TV or is the TV's sound itself decent enough that it wouldn't warrant paying extra for something below a proper sound system? If so I'd love to hear recommendations for a wall mount/speaker set to compliment the TV! Thank you!

The sound is not too bad on the 55C1. I have one myself at home and without a soundbar the sound is still acceptable.

However in saying that I have mine connected to a Sonos Beam just to add more power and detail when watching movies.

I have my main 5.1 home cinema setup in another room for proper movie nights and for gaming.

If you wanted a nice 2.0 system that can integrate HDMI then Denon have the fantastic DRA800 coming in at 599 Euro

You can then add in any pair of speakers that you would like.

I/f you didn't want to go that high in price you can just purchase a stereo amp and connect the TV via Optical. The likes of the Sony STRDH190 coming in at 249 Euro would be a great addition.

Hi Kenny, thanks for getting back to me so quickly! The Sonos beam sounds very tempting, it's a little outside my budget but I could maybe stretch it. The VMF720 I was looking at already so yeah I'd go with that for the motion. Would you be able to do any sort of deal grouping all those together? I also need a replacement remote for my old Sony TV if you have something suitable? lol You can PM me if you'd like or just reply here, whatever is suitable!

I have very little movement unfortunately as our Euro pricing is currently already cheaper than our sterling retail.

The 1249 Euro on the 55C1 is much better than the £1199 Sterling.

I can shave the Beam and Bracket down to 600 Euro for both.

Total would then be 1849 Euro.

For a replacement remote for the Sony we have one of the One For All Sony remote. I could offer this at 20 Euro
