Installing blinds

Need to look into installing blinds and haven’t a clue to be honest. So anything that can educate me is good. With the pics below would internal blinds face any issues? The available space around the windows are a shape the makes the blinds top compartment (whatever that’s called..the storage unit?) working off limited…

this is what I mean by the storage unit of the blinds. Don’t even know if these are definitely internal blinds to be honest
