HKC Zone numbers

If I view inputs on the HKC SecureComm app, it shows me 10 unnamed zones before the ones I actually have installed meaning I have to scroll down to see them. Is there anything I can do about this without the engineers code? Is it because all my sensors are wireless and the first 10 are reserved for wired sensors or something like that?

Have you a hybrid panel? Is it all wireless? Did you install yourself?

I'm not sure what panel I have to be honest, but all the sensors are wireless, yes. Not self installed.

More than likely a 1070/10270 panel.

When wire free devices are learned in they start at zone 11 unless installers uses the wired zones, 1/10.

Without the engineer code you are stuck with what you have unless you can default the codes only, if not engineer locked.

Then make the zones unused, this will make them disappear from the app when you hit inputs.
