I know that but I'd imagine it's a typo on the spec sheet as the car has an 80kWh battery and it charges at over 100KW.

Thank you very much for all the above information. I have heard conflicting information on them and what you read online is either really good or middling so it's leaving me very confused. Unfortunately there aren't many of them in the country (22 I think) so not alot of choice. 2 year old versions are more expensive than the starting prices listed above. I love my GLC but really want to make the move to EV now but am wary of being left with a vehicle that may depreciate alot if the electric end of it is not as good or advanced as other cars. My head is a bit muddled with it all to be honest 🤦

Trying to work out cost per month on running this car...would anyone be able to help? I do approx 2000 - 2500km per month. Currently spending approx €300 p/month on diesel. Double the price I was paying one - two years ago

Hard to say exactly as it depends on how heavy on electrons the EQC is and how heavy your right foot is and whether its motorway or local driving.

However, Merc have it down as ~21kWh/100km. Add in some charging losses and a bit extra for heavy right foot and round it off will get you to about 25kWh/100km.

2500km means 625kWh's used and a night rate of about 10c/kWh gives you a ballpark figure of €62 for 2500km's in the EQC vs the €300 diesel for your GLC.

A good rule of thumb usually is that whatever you spend on diesel, divide by 5 and thats what it will cost you on electricity and that seems to fit your case here also.

For that money I'd get a dual motor 400+hp polestar and keep the extra 30k for some kick ass holidays.

The electric motors in then want to fill with coolant and get destroyed, similarly to the Q7 e-tron. Hence only 2 year warranty on the motors unlike some other brands with better engineering.

Expect to loose 50% of its value in 3 years. It seems extremely overpriced for what it is. There's so many options out there for under €50k which are probably just as good.

I’m really between this listed used one and an 2022 ID4 77 kWh around similar mileage for 22-23K EUR. By the way the total range with almost 100% seems 134 miles which I think is so less

I’d much prefer an EQC to an ID.4 if that’s what you’re asking ? They’re not directly comparable though as you’d probably get a 2023 ID.4 for the same money as a 2021 EQC. Number plate wouldn’t bother me. Early Audi e-Tron 55’s are also very tempting now at current prices.

Nope. Premium brands suffer their highest rate of depreciation in the first 2 or 3 years so the first owner will always take the biggest hit. The rate of depreciation then starts to reduce gradually from 3 years onwards.

There is so much competition these days from mainstream brands who offer just as good packages for a lot less money, it's hard to see the wisdom in paying big bucks for premium brands.

Depreciation does start to slow down at that point, but I'd say once their battery warranties start to expire and more private sellers enter the market they will be available for around €12k to €15k yes. Maybe more like 5 years from now rather than 3 years

You can buy 8 year old C Class PHEV's for €12k to €15k now. Nobody really wants them

It's in Finnish, sorry, not sure if English CC is available but you can see the issue clearly. Basically the motors have a void where the coolant can escape past a carbon seal. But unlike in Audi there is no visible container, and the service schedule does not include the step to drain it.

If not drained it time the excess coolant will enter the motor and will eventually ruin it, unless an isolation fault happens before that and reveals the issue.

This crowd offer some eqc repairs but coolant in the motor may be unrepairable
