Crack in brickwork caused by work next door.

    I have a balcony wall that has a crack in the brickwork caused possibly by work on the apartment next to me. It has been like this since i bought the apartment almost 11 years ago so it's probably too late to get them to fix it. But who can i check this with? A solicitor?
