    Hi,

I left my previous employer in 2019 because I found out they weren’t paying my tax. They deducted it every week but revenue never got it. This went on for over a year. I requested payslip's a number of times but the promises never came.

I contacted revenue in 2019 and it’s still ongoing. I have letters, text messages etc from my previous employer about work and pay but this can’t be used by revenue. Basically they say I should have got my payslips but honestly, I needed a job.

can anyone give me any advice, it’s starting to impact my mental health.

    TIA 😀
