Samsung Trade In, need to unlock my old device.

Hi there,

I recently purchased a new Samsung and am trading in my old A70 to Samsung. They want the device unlocked before I send it back to them.

Will Vodafone do this for me or is there any way I can do it myself?

If you purchased the device from Vodafone yes.

But....

They'll only unlock for registered owner. All owners detail much match on unlock request.

If you were in contract and minimum term reached or out of contract they'll unlock.

If prepay, not to sure buy some networks (3) have a requirement of a certain amount of credit purchased after buying device before they'll unlock for free.

If phone is blacklisted , IE unpaid bill, reported lost or Stolen etc, NO.
