Hi Guys,
Just a question on the CI online events. When a CI race or sportive is fully approved you can take entry and payment through the online shop they offer.
In the case where the event is cancelled at the last minute can you make refunds through the same system ?
Assuming not, what normally happens in these cases, how do you refund entries ?

The person that admins the event on eventmaster has to power to refund entries.
